getOpenWindows does not return fullscreen windows #161

When running the getOpenWindows method, any fullscreen windows are excluded from the returned list.

What operating system?

windows 11. For example, the game COD MW 2. But it returns via ActiveWindow

Interesting finding. I can't confirm it's still present, but if someone can document the circumstance more completely presumably getOpenWindows could just also return the activeWindow when relevant.
