报错“an error has occurred”，这个错误，是什么原因导致的呢？

应该是服务器下载插件压缩包的时候由于网络或其他原因没下载下来，再安装一次试试
我们会完善一下系统，增加失败检查，让系统再下载一次

做了个测试，两台服务器同时测试安装插件，一台可以下载安装，一台就报错无法下载。莫非和网络环境有关系？插件的下载安装需要连接什么特殊端口吗？无法下载的服务器只开放了80端口。

需要443端口，因为用的是https协议
