栏目管理的选中问题 #1120

1、栏目目前只能点击栏目所在行进行选择，点击勾选按钮反而不能选择了
2、栏目如果有下级栏目，勾选下级栏目后再隐藏下级栏目，管理员就不知道下级栏目以及勾选了，所以应该隐藏之后默认取消下级栏目的勾选状态，防止误操作。
