CMS版本6.5.4-Beta，插件版本1.0.28，错误如下：
Server Error in Application 未将对象引用设置到对象的实例。

在 SS.GovInteract.Pages.PageBaseContent.OnInit(EventArgs e) 在 System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) 在 System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint)

并且无法查询办理结果，提示
提交失败，请确认姓名及查询号是否正确。
