Debug message going to info level instead of debug level

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use jmzml to open any standard mzML file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The debuging message "Creating index" in MzMLIndexerFactory is sent to the 
log4j logget with INFO level. I believe it is supposed to be DEBUG level, just 
like other debugging messages in the project.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.7.2
