If LustyJuggler is activated and the user presses a key that isn't asdfghjkl; that puts the user in an editing mode, such as o or R, LustyJuggler outputs all commands to the buffer, locking up Vim. LustyJuggler should somehow block the other input keys, or exit if they are called.

Agreed, this can be annoying.

I sometime get trapped into that too (like… right now), i didn't find any solution except closing the terminal or killing vim another way, this is very annoying…
