Aspects Description Field - Rich Text mismatch between Settings Entry Field and Actor Sheet display #1

You can enter rich text into the description field of an Aspect via the System Settings...

However, when you look at it on the Actor Sheet (or when the pop-up displays on hover on the sheet), it shows with the HTML tags and ignores whatever they may be asking it to do.
