Support for markers/timeline sync

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice if Megalodon supported the markers API. This would allow syncing the timeline position across the Mastodon web client as well as any other 3rd party clients with support for the markers API.

it does, since upstream mastodon@6e718d6.
it just never reads the timeline markers… but i really hope this gets implemented upstream soon

okay, since the markers api is implemented by upstream already (at least in some form), i'm closing this now. everything else, i think, would be subject to issue #83
