option to hide people from home timeline if they are in lists

I like my timeline organized. I have lists, but those profiles which i put in lists are still shown in home timeline.

I would like a context menu option to hide a person from home timeline, because they are already in a list.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I tried muting the profiles in home timeline, but it affects those lists too

i also noticed that followed hashtags show up in home timeline too, so maybe we should hide hashtags in home timeline too

there's a new server-side feature called "exclusive lists" that does exactly that. i've also implemented toggling this for lists (open a list -> edit) in megalodon (not yet released) - so in the next version, when your server is up-to-date, you'll be able to use it :)
