Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the emojis that are used (the non-instance specific ones) within the app are the ones that are the Android system default (so in my case, Samsung ones, which I find beyond ugly)

Describe the solution you'd like
Add an option to pick a different set of Emojis.

Similar feature is available within Tusky from what I recall.

not sure if this would be easy to implement, but as a note to self, i think this elaborate upstream issue might be related: mastodon#470
