Disable `TKLocationManager` if no "when is use" description provided. TKUIRoutingQueryInputCard won't include "current location" then. Also: - Let `TKUIRoutingQueryInputCard` handle "Route" button by default when no delegate is provided, pushing the routing results. - Minor style fix for hover on routing results card. - Documentation tweaks
