For dataset organization, you need to decide which dataset to go with first.
For ActivityNetv1.3
follow GTAD instructions from https://github.com/frostinassiky/gtad
and swap their models.py with the one(desired fusion scheme) you want to use from our repo

For thumos14
follow MUSES instructions from https://github.com/xlliu7/MUSES
and swap their models.py with the one(desired fusion scheme) you want to use from our repo
