Need to add a handler that returns 404 if the route to be accessed does not exist.

Just implement the necessary process as follows:

(defmethod jingle:not-found ((app jingle:app))
  (jingle:with-html-response
    (jingle:set-response-status 404)
    (piccolo:element-string (not-found-page))))
