Would be useful if plots could display how many events have gone into them.

This is not an easy thing to do. It depends on which GlobalTransformation node you use such as a PickN an Accumulator or RollingBuffer. I guess its also possible to not be able to tell if a user uses a PythonEditor box for example and accumulates events in that in a non-global way.
