PCD Quant is a tool for assisted automatic analysis of microscopy slides for classifying cilia crossections for diagnosing Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia.
The program features an interactive GUI with a machine learning model supporting it to automatically classify cilia in the image. Those detections can be further corrected manually.
