ModulePropagationMonitor

The propagation monitor module is used to announce received propagation alerts from vhfdx.info and gooddx.net. Each announcement is preceded by an alert sound and then the actual alert is announced two times. Things like aurora openings and sporadic-E openings are announced.

The only interactive command this module have at the moment is that command 0 read back the help text. There is no way to read back previous alerts.
