The SvxLink applications are available in a Personal Package Archive (PPA) on Launchpad. You can update your system by adding ppa:felix.lechner/hamradio to your system’s Software Sources.
To access the packages using the command line, type
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:felix.lechner/hamradio
followed by
sudo apt-get update
The additional packages should now show up in your package manager. To install SvxLink Server via command line, type:
sudo apt-get install svxlink-server
To install Qtel via the command line, type:
sudo apt-get install qtel
The packages are provided free of charge and without warranty.
It may be helpful to go back to the installation page and read through the post install stuff chapter.
