The README has a section called "Contributing and Development", but it doesn't describe how to contribute. No problem, but something that should be fixed.
Describe the solution you'd like
This section should either be replaced with a section just titled "Development", since it does describe how to get the tool running locally, or it should be improved with instructions on how to contribute.
Additional context @vlad-ignatov mentioned this at first, so I've tagged him in case he has other perspectives to add.
