How to map from VC requests into user-facing language?
How to describe set intersections like "COVID Results" ∩ "Immunization Records"?
How to explain what identity attributes will be shared (list all of them? show the actual values on-screen?)
How to explain when a DID will be shared, too? (do we have any good familiar words for this concept?)

Spit-balling a bit, but your 4th point about the DID could just be something like:

"Is this device yours? Y/N."
"Is this you? Y/N."

Since this seems to be the main thing a DID is doing when linking to a given user.
