RPC call to system_health returns isSyncing:true after chainHead_unstable_followEvent initialized event.
I believe that it used to return isSyncing:false, because PJS Substrate Connect provider uses this value here for a provider isReady state.

Reproduced the issue using smoldot@2.0.21 in stackblitz.
