Here is a great video showing how to create a 3D viewing engine in Python
We need only give our spaces some 3D parameters, export OBJ files and we could overlay a 3D model of the entire boat with a framework of spaces. Textual and voice decriptions of spaces and access paths within the boat are also possible based on the data captured by this project
Speaking of 3D models of boats -- here is a model of an Oceanis 50. Surely there must be one available for the classic Oceanis 54. A great starting point for 3D visualisation.
