Hi everyone,

I'm trying to export .CVS files from Snipe-IT V3 to another V4
but it didn't work with me both ways through GUI and CMD
when I try to import through GUI it stuck at "Processing..."
even I tried to break the data inside the file and delete many entries but sill same
also I exported .CVS file from Snipe-IT V4 and then manually fill out the entries then try to import it in Snipe-IT V3 and same thing.

In Command Line I tried this to import Asset:
php artisan snipeit:import /path/file-name.csv

php artisan snipeit:import --verbose --item-type Asset /path/file-name.csv

And still I couldn't do that, is there any solution to get that, at least for importing users what is the command line of that?

Please see these screenshots:

@SirajQu based in the first screenshot I saw that you did not select Assets and chose the mapping before you perform the import. Additionally, you will need to correct your column name, can you share the header of your CSV?
