Hello Simons. Do I need to download ns3.31 or just use your environment if I want to run your code? My Ubuntu version is Ubuntu 18.04 , does it matter if I run your code with my Ubuntu?

Hi,

I would advise reading the build script: build/build.sh
It goes through the steps of building ns-3 with the basic-sim module.
