Add Detail element and attributes related to usericon and icon paths through pytack?

Does pytak support implementing the COTS Detail element in a message? I need to generate a usericon element attribute under the Detail element of a COTS message and specify the path to the default included ATAK icon using iconsetpath to get a quadcopter icon on the TAK map, but I don't see anything included in the examples. I do see there is a gen_cot_xml function that mentions the Detail element, but I am not sure how to use this function. Is there a way to implement this capability using PyTAK?
