Snyk Bazel Plugin has no README or usage guidelines

Run sync test from any Bazel project root.

Would like to know how to use this plugin to support bazel project scanning? There does not seem to be any official release. Are there any build / installation instructions for this plugin?

@kevinfguo 👋 this is not yet a released feature of snyk, we are doing some initial research and spikes :) All will be updated and documented as soon as it is ready to be used.
