目前多应用使用 @SofaService 和 @SofaReference 进行服务通信，但是依然会走 Hessian 协议，如果其他应用希望使用宿主应用的数据源，走序列话的形式行不通。因此需要抽象这样一种能力，在服务接口由下层 Ark Plugin 导出的情况下，允许多应用之间走直接调用方式，不走 Hessian 协议
