Simple conscript to be used within a project that does not yet have the ls plugin installed.

Discovers the latest release version of ls by hitting the ls api
Appends to or creates the necessary plugin dependency and config for ls

here's a shortcut just to get the version if you already know the the orgid and name

 curl 'http://ls.implicit.ly/api/latest/ls-sbt'
