Yemen Sample CDB from Presagis

For those who want to use the Yemen sample CDB provided at OGC for the geopackage experimentation, please use the following
link. You must have an OGC portal account and must acknowledge the license agreement.

This sample has a good dataset and LOD coverage from including some (limited) metadata from OGC-CDB 1.1.

Where the title does state the geopackage experimentation, the license does not limit to that experimentation and can support CDB X experimentation. Unfortunately, at the moment, the only way to access this CDB datastore is via OGC portal.

I get permission denied after authenticating through the portal and agreeing to the licensing agreement.
"You have attempted to access an item in the portal without the sufficient permissions to do so.

Please contact the System Administrator."

I had to opt in to the CDB Vector Data in GeoPackage Interoperability Experiment to get access to the file. Others who werent a part of that pilot may have similar issues.
