Cannot remove big white space below application

When opening the application, there is a big white space below that I cannot remove when using the application, even after I reopen it.

You have pre-existing preferences.json in your local from other projects (perhaps PE Mock). We would assume that our users install this application without any other pre-existing configuration from other projects. It is not a valid bug as the tester did not remove the previous preferences.json from other project (Not following PE instructions).
