How to properly stop ControlP5 #167

I've noticed after i exported to an exe. after opening a my project and closing it a few times. i was left with Java Binary files which slowed down my computer a lot. I've never had these before with a processing project so I'm guessing its controlp5 making them. is there anyway to stop this from happening or close them properly.
