Hot keys wont work

If you set a mouse button to a hot key it will only work if you don't press any other button at the same time. So for short hotkeys wont work if you press any button at the same time.

Im pretty sure that it does but not 100% sure becouse I'm not on my computer right now

Tested it for me it also happens on vanilla. But maybe my issue is different as I have the effect of instead of MB4 getting MB5

Me and i9Dolphin had to debug this (since I don't have a mouse with enough buttons), and I have a fix that might work on some mice maybe.

Once I push it out, it should fix the bug for MB4 and MB5.
