Yes, I'd list moderators as such. On that note, we agreed CoC Committee should also have moderating access to Forum (but will not take on moderating tasks).
We have agreed that at least CoC Committee should have admin access to all chat rooms. |
Does me being on the CoCC solve this or do all members of the CoCC need to be made moderators?
LGTM. But good luck finding who the current admins are who can make the CoCC admins :-), |
All should. This will be relevant mostly when/if urgent action needs to be taken and moderators are not around. |
Okay, then, an admin needs to add the CoCC members as moderators of the forum, and according to this page, that would be Oz or Justin. |

We have discussed this in meetings, and it seems the consensus is we don't want to control the Reddit account.
For the remaining accounts, the administrators listed are mostly inactive members. We need to decide if we want to keep the X/Twitter accounts, but until we do so, we need the whole Team to have access to these accounts and/or come up with a process for how these accounts are managed.
