Perform a user test on the site map complete within 2 weeks
Create a PoC of the revamp site
Presentation to the Team
Get approval from the team
Set date for roll-out
Execute/Roll out the new site

I believe this work is addressed in https://github.com/solid/solidproject.org/tree/2023-redesign - just adding this comment to link them for better followup and transparency. (Easier to know to close this issue once the work is complete.)
