Feature Description

Reverse port-forward to operator for upstream proxy.

Proposed Solution

Reverse-proxy from container to host using native Kubernetes tools is ideal,
but there are alternatives to consider in the interim such as ktunnel
Once Raw capture #2 is added, implementing our own tunnel will likely be less of a challenge.
