automatic switch to bootloader through pirate-loader

i thought it would be better if pirate-loader can switch to BL mode to do 
update without going to teraterm or using jumper on (BL4+)

i made some modifications on pirate-loader so it can switch to BL if not 
present.

and for xsvf-player i patched "jtag.c" and "base.h" that exists for xsvf-player 
firmware to support it (because going back from xsvf-player firmware to normal 
firmware requires jumper configuration)

though this would help.
