@Junchao-Mellanox i just retrigger the build. once done please check the type of failures and if this is relevant to the changes in this submodule update lets make sure they are listed to owners of each PR will take care of fixing it.
Unfortunately sonic is missing tones of change sin master without this PR getting merged.
