  1. [mellanox] Enhance mlnx-fw-upgrade.sh (sonic-net#1994) 

    Install a new FW by specifying FW path (mlnx-fw-upgrade.sh /path/to/FW)
or use default at '/etc/mlnx/fw-SPC.mfa'
