add tags to all resources the detlab creates

add atleast 1 tag to every resource that is created by the detonationlab for ease of account cleanup after cloudformation stack is deleted

after researching this issue, all s3 and ec3 resources are created with the "aws:cloudformation:stack-name" tag that gives the stackname tag for ease of finding resources created from the cloudformation template. Currently cloudformation does not support a method to add tags to IAM objects like role, user, policy, etc. I am closing this issue as will not fix as there is no straightforward method to tag IAM resources at this time and all ec2 and s3 resources are already tagged.
