Currently when we select a scale, the first note is the root of the scale. Same for chord. While it's good to have the root as the first note as we can clearly see the intervals, it doesn't work as well when we consider the chord notes within the scale itself. For example
Dsus4 has notes D, G and A, but the chord notes are not aligned with the scale notes.
We need to add an option that, if a scale is selected (chord is selected from the "chords in scale" list), align the chord notes with the scale. If a scale is not, or if the chord is picked from the chord picker, don't align.
