This updated xml file was provided by flobbes in anarchintosh's release thread
in the XBMC Forum:
http://forum.xbmc.org/showpost.php?p=929346&postcount=41
I tested it out on the few films I have, and it works well.

The xml file from michaelw no longer searches properly... I edited the search
structure so that it works again:-

Also I found that cduniverse has some adult films listed in the regular movie
section, however, I couldn't think of a graceful way to deal with this as the
movie section has a different structure to the adult section.
