标注一下：swc 是一个rust编写的js转译器，官方说比babel快16倍

关于swc这块，比起一个transcompiler，swc作者还想把bundler的事情也做掉；性能的跑分具体怎么来的我也没看到；过年的时候终于支持打包成cjs了；我的6500T编译一次swc要接近20分钟 😂
