bug: Chat history disappears when switching accounts

Describe the bug

When I switched my Cody Sourcegraph account in VSCode and then switched back to my old account, my chat history was gone.

Expected behavior

My chat history should remain accessible when switching between accounts.

Additional context

Is there any way to recover the history if it is stored locally?
You can download the chat history, but even if you downloaded it right before it disappeared, how can you reload it into the extension?
