Various README changes to Cody:

  • Refer to it as Cody AI by Sourcegraph
  • Link to the Search extension (will do the same in a follow up to link from Search -> Cody)
  • Change icon for recipes. The existing one implied that it's experimental.
  • Update the list of recipes to the one currently present in VS Code
  • Refer to the license as Apache License 2.0
  • (Not done here): I decided not to add anything for completions just yet. Let's make sure they work better before we promote it more.
  • Make sure doc/cody/index.md is up to date

VSCE: Change name from "Sourcegraph" to "Search by Sourcegraph" (#51790)

Consistency with #51789 and #51702

This PR changes the name of the other VS Code extension from
"Sourcegraph" to "Search by Sourcegraph" for consistency with he new
Cody naming schema.

The activity bars are now called "Sourcegraph Search" and "Sourcegraph
Cody" (the latter is already called like this in the current release so
this is not a change)
