m2_home/bin not added to PATH on windows #60

the maven resource fails on windows with
STDERR: 'mvn' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

saying:
windows_path ::File.join(node['maven']['m2_home'], 'bin')

right after -
include_recipe 'maven::default'

resolves the issue

tas50 added the Type: Bug label

xorimabot removed the Type: Bug label
