Upgrade to Angular 2.0 along with Material Design

We can use native Angular Material Design implementation for this: https://github.com/angular/material

This invalidates #35 (as it replaces Bootstrap/UI-Bootstrap) and enforces #15 (as native Angular Material implementation also uses SASS, though I still like stylus due to being node.js only).

Meh. It's not material design, more like material skin. Material design is in the motion of elements, boxes, and pages. Can't see that happening with just a skin.
