Swamp grass not pulling from colormap

In 1.13.2, the grass of the swamp is not affected by its respective colormap (and thus not the Swamp Color option). Tested with E5 Pre 3 for 1.13.2 using Isabella II. Ignore the Better Foliage mod in 1.12.2.
