Ctm overlay on rotatable blocks only works on half the sides. #3170

When I have a rotatable block like logs, or purple pillars, and I put an overlay on them, the overlay works correct on (up, down, south & west) 2019-12-22_19 57 31

but works completely inverted on the other side (north & east)

On the pics you can see the behaviour. The pack with numbers is added as attachment.

I've noted just now that this is not exclusive for overlay method, but for full ctm and compact as well, and I would guess that it happens also for every method.

I also want to add that there is yet another problem with rotatable blocks if you try to use compact CTM, then it will not only screw the order of the tiles, but also they will be rotated and/or squeezed.
