[Feature Request] Rename Catagory

First, I want to thank feeder, it's really a very good application. Secondly, can you add an option to rename categories?

Has been requested before. But it's an open question where to put it in the UI.

One user suggested long pressing a on a tag, but that is not discoverable to users in my opinion.
