While having:

[code_standards]
disallow_relative_type_definitions = true
disallow_relative_proc_definitions = true

Defining a relative proc fails lints and shows a warning/error, which is as expected.

But there may be situations, exceptions to that rule.

I tried to use UNLINT(), but I could not make it work.
