We should remove and .gitignore all generated artifacts from version control.

Here's a partial list (might change or become out of date over time, but just as reminder):

  • crates/sdk/MyTemplate-meta.json
  • crates/runtime-ffi/tests/wasm/counter.wasm
  • crates/runtime-ffi/tests/wasm/failure.wasm
  • crates/runtime/tests/wasm/runtime_calldata.wasm
  • crates/cli/examples/craft-deploy/Template-meta.json
  • crates/runtime/tests/wasm/calldata/CallDataTemplate-meta.json
